ORDERS FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY:

• We, the seller, will book the delivery for you. Ensure that your name, contact number, and complete address are accurate to avoid delays.
• Lalamove fees are based on postal codes, so delivery charges may vary.
• If your order details are incomplete, your booking will be placed at the last queue for the day or will not be shipped unless coordinated properly.
• Customers must ensure that the GOOGLE MAPS PIN provided at checkout is correct to prevent delivery errors and delays.

RECOMMENDED FOR:

• Small to bulky items for delivery within Cavite.
• Can reach some areas in Metro Manila, Laguna, and Bulacan via motorcycle.
• If items are bulky but still motorcycle-friendly, Lalamove is the safer choice.

PACKAGING & HANDLING

• Items are bubble-wrapped and/or placed in a corrugated cardboard box, depending on volume, size, and available materials.

SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY

• Items will only be available for delivery once payment is confirmed.
• Once confirmed, we will pack your order and book a rider immediately.
• For same-day delivery with a PREFERRED BOOKING TIME, kindly fill-out the ORDER FORM.
• Buyers can message us on Facebook to verify if same-day delivery is possible for that day.
• Kindly coordinate with us on Facebook using your ORDER ID.
• Operating Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM daily (unless stated otherwise).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• DO NOT book a rider on your own. We will handle the booking to ensure proper coordination.
• Delivery arrival time may vary based on rider availability and is not guaranteed.
• If orders are UNCLAIMED upon delivery, the buyer will shoulder the return shipping fee and/or no refunds will be given.

RECOMMENDED FOR:

• Flat Rate Shipping for easier cost estimation
• Nationwide coverage, including remote areas
• Safer for high-value items with optional insurance

SHIPPING RATES & PACKAGE SIZES (Max weight: 5 kg per package)

**If exceeding 5 kg, additional charges may apply

SCHEDULE OF DROP-OFFS:

• Orders will be dropped off the next day after payment confirmation.
• No drop-offs on Sundays and holidays.

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
• Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
